Absolutely love this! After a long mountain bike, aero is a great great drink mix to replenish! Tastes good. Very happy with it so far.
This really works. After a hard bike ride in the morning, I have energy to do my boxing sessions in the afternoon.
This product has helped me recover much faster and I’m able to go into my next workout without the initial soreness to work through. I highly recommend you try this.
Taste could be better, although it is not even close to the worst I have had. However I honestly did notice a difference in my recovery. I took it right after I worked out and the next day I felt very little soreness. Will buy again.
