Not bad but not as extraordinary as I expected. Fairly stable or consistent energy and focus.

This is my first energy booster. I was impressed by how well it worked after mile 10 or so. Just be sure to try them during training or before any race day.

I wanted to give this a fair review so I decided to wait at least until I’ve taken it for a few days. Advantage- no jitters, does not cause nervousness. Easy to swallow and gives a fair steady mental alertness.
