This is such a good clean – no nonsense creatine supplement. Not only do you feel better in your body, my mind felt clearer while taking it. The HCL takes away any stomach issues or bloating that I used to get with traditional Creatine, and the mixability is great! Dissolves quickly, barely have to stir.
Just be warned, this is tasteless. But mixing it with some Lime-Aid or other fruit juices helps with that. If you are going with straight water mix, down it quick. But its worth it.
I can definitely feel the difference when I take it. After a month of using it, I can already see muscle gains and not only does it give me additional more pump during my workout routines, I can also lift more weights every time. Now I absolutely feel better and look better.
I have a sensitive stomach and this doesn’t mess up my stomach like creatine mono. I get a little more boost in strength and stamina, and it seems to work well with my smoothie.
