Pretty good. So maybe this helped boost my workout, but could of been a coincidence. I would recommend to try it just be careful if you have a sensitive stomach.
I really wanted to love this pre-workout because it’s one of the better-tasting ones I’ve tried, but the feeling it gives me is not what I expected from a pre-workout. I do feel an increase in focus, but I didn’t feel much energy boost.
This is the best pre-workout that I’ve used. It provides me absolute energy & stamina in every training without any discomfort.
Great tasting and it does the job! I generally take about 1 scoop a day and don’t experience any abdominal discomfort or other side effects that some other products produce. After a week or so I felt the added endurance during games. Very satisfied and highly recommend it.
