This post workout serum assimilates well in the body and is used immediately. I am picky about flavor but this one is delicious. Plus I like the fact that it has antioxidants which are just as important.
Muscle Maker absolutely works as a post workout recovery drink. My body feels so much better after taking it than it did when I was working out and not taking it. Will certainly buy it again.
IDK if it actually does much for me, but I drink it after every workout consistently and have for the past 3 months or so. Tastes good enough, contains vitamins and antioxidants I know I need. I would recommend it!
