I used this during my time at the police academy. We started with 1 mile working our way up to sometimes 5 miles. Sometimes we ran 4x a week. Week 12 I hit a slump so I purchased Runners Peak. I found taking it 15mins before a run was best. It definitely helped with endurance and recovery.

I don’t run, but I do rock climbing, which is a combination of strength training and cardio. Taking this before a training session at the climbing gym, I could definitely feel the energy and focus. Also, I love that it’s vegan!!

This works. I have my first half marathon in a week and have been training on building up my miles, my legs felt extremely heavy, soar and crampy. I ran 5 miles to test this out and felt amazing with almost an extra boost of energy. I’m sold.

I usually avoid pre-run supplements, as I strongly dislike the typical jittery feeling they can give. But runners peak certainly does not have that effect. You simply notice throughout the run that you can push yourself and go farther than before. It’s strawberry flavor is great.
