Have only used this a couple times and I really only have one issue with it, the flavors are a bit sweet. But other than that, great pre workout for women!
Great pre workout! Really helps me push through my workout. I feel like this product gives me needed energy and power to get thru my workouts. I have PCOS and so I’m careful about the supplements I take since I’m always trying to maintain hormonal balance so I like that it is natural and great benefits!

Gives pretty good energy, the taste is great and produces the desired effects.
I really like this product, My personal trainer, recommended it to me. My workouts are really great. I can do almost 2 hours of high intensity. Post-workout recovery is better, I didn’t get muscle fatigue, really good product.
