Melt is not a magic bullet, but with the proper diet and exercise, it has helped me lose 65 pounds. I will continue to take this as I try to lose my last 15 pounds or so.
I have tried several products in the past in an attempt to lose weight and so far I’m pleased with the results. I began by taking them, 30 minutes prior to eating and surprisingly I felt the benefits (more energy and it suppressed my appetite!). I’ve decided to stick with this dosage as long as I continue to experience the same results and this will also extend my supply so it will last longer.

Works great if you keep your fat intake down. Helps with weight loss. Taker beware… if you eat a high fat diet, you will be punished and so will your comode. So be cautious with your diet.
